Sunday Training Day

Finally got on the bike outside this past Sunday, it felt so good. Started the day out hitting the gym for some thrust squats with big J. Here he is on some kind of torture device.

After that we headed out on the cross bikes for a Garards Fort loop. This the maiden voyage on my newly built up cross bike. It turned out to be the correct weapon of choice for the day.

One our way out Rt. 100 we picked up another trooper out doing some toughman miles, everyone's favorite race director J.R. A lil further up the road we had a small breather while J.R. changed a flat after we all smashed a hidden pothole. I hit it so hard I'm surprised I didn't taco my front wheel. Careful out there, there's some rough roads out after all this crappy weather.

Only 4 weeks to go till the first road race and 6 week till Big Bear. Anyone else getting pumped?

MV Team Kits

Check out the new team kits

These awsome designs were done by Morgantown's own Mr. Rodosta of Echelon Design. I think they look pretty rad and he did a great job.

Anyone else ready to get out and ride your bike fast?

Revisit to ACE WVMBA #12

Here are a few pics that didn't make it during the summer. Look how happy Chappy looked with his cooler of tasty drinks. Also J doing what he does best, collecting the money.

So great to be on the horse again.

So it has been awhile since I have been on a ride or for that matter posting. So, here you go. I am alive and well after near death, MMMMUURRRRR. Stupid illness!!!!! So, I headed out to bakers with the boys. Tim and Josh met at my place and we started to head over. Well, it has been awhile since my last ride and BOOM. I am down on the ground sliding down a hill head over feet. What a great way to get back on the horse. Nothing to bad occured, so we carried on. Met with Zach at the trail head. We let timmy lead us out for a nice evening ride. The conditions were surprisingly good. Zack bolted out early due to a short charge on his battery. Abit after he left we found our newest member of Motown Velo. A opossum that nearly took my face off. What a fast little critter. Keep an eye open for him down the road. With about an hour thirty in we started to head back. All and all a good ride. Hope to see you on the trail andkeep an eye out for an upcoming press release of the new kit.
